Sustainability analysis, action plan development and implementation- Determine organization sustainability objectives and needs, define a prioritized action plan outlining an implementation strategy, and implement action plan based on available resources.

Smart technology analysis and implementation- Evaluate client needs and applicable smart technologies, develop recommendations addressing client needs, and lead the implementation.

Program management for capital improvement projects- Manage capital improvement program by monitoring progress, establishing internal controls and actively communicating with stakeholders.


GAP management- Continue high performance business operations even as unforeseen vacancies occur.

Strategic planning- Guide the creation and/or implementation of your strategic plan

System implementation (e.g. permitting, WebQA, Mobile App)- Manage implementation by designing customer centered system processes with staff feedback, training staff prior to and during implementation, assigning tasks to ensure clear accountability and monitoring system results after implementation.

Special project management- Develop and implement special, or non-recurring projects that the organization may not be properly staffed to execute.
